Having had our boiler serviced by Simon Rogers Gas & Plumbing for more years than we can remember and after almost 25 years we felt that our Boiler was maybe not as efficient as it once was. After a discussion and NO hard sell, Simon recommended a new Worcester Bosch Boiler which was also hydrogen ready. On the day of installation the fitters (Matt and Christian) and Simon arrived promptly and got to work. They were polite, clean and respectful of our house and didn’t treat it like a building site. On completion all rubbish was taken away and they stayed with us until we were fully happy and understood the new system. Simon was very friendly and efficient. His team worked well and were polite and friendly. Even my dogs liked them. Simon Rogers saved us from having a cold Christmas.
My 20 year old boiler had given up the ghost the week before Christmas! parts would have taken a long time to arrive. They may have been obsolete too.
Simon offered in a very nice manner to intstall a new Worcester boiler within a few days. The price was very competitive as I had been looking around prior to this.
The installation was very efficient. The installation team arrived early, and had the job completed by 3pm on the same day. They were very discreet in that they came in through the side entrance and worked continually until the job was completed. They left the area of installation very neat and tidy and removed all the remains of my old Worcester boiler.
The boiler is very easy to understand and has a blue toothed thermostat control in the middle of my house.
Because Simon is a Worcester certified engineer we were given a 12 yr warranty rather than a 10 yr one.
We are very pleased with the service we received from Simon Rogers Gas and plumbing and thank him for enabling us to have a cosy, warm Christmas.
